    It seems #oneplus and Portuguese store #pcdiga think that a phone that bends is not covered by warranty, and sent me a repair order costing 3/4 of the brand new phone cost.

    Ok. Challenge accepted. To the courts we go.

    I'd rather have the money back and keep enjoying both brands.

      BTW, tomorrow is the first hearing of this case, I already know what #oneplus and #pcdiga alledge to try to avoid fulfilling the warranty (alledged bad usage), I wonder what evidences they will bring as other than the damage caused by the quite evident bending, the phone was in mint condition.

      And it's confirmed. A phone that bends in a couple of months isn't compatible with legitimate expectations of durability, so I'm owed the restitution. #pcdiga has complied with the decision and is in process of refunding me for the #oneplus nord2 ce device.

      Now: did we have to to the trouble of going to a court?

      Couldn't such an obvious conclusion be solved commercially without the customer being subject to the frustration and delays?

      Yes, it could, and it should, IMHO.

      Those disputes centers, as declared by the arbiter-judge at the hearing session, have the same value and decision power as a normal court.

      Unpinning as I finally got my money back. I hope #pcdiga and #oneplus learned their lesson: a phone that bends under normal usage is defective and the customer is entitled a refund.

      @dplouro Não me parece, de longe, ser a pior empresa do universo, nem tinha exatamente razões de queixa deles e apenas fui mal servido na garantia por uma situação que era tão evidente que até é estranho não terem defendido o cliente perante o fornecedor (a #oneplus), foi mesmo uma asneirada comercial que fizeram, composta com uma asneirada jurídica.

      @RuiSeabra há muito tempo que deixei de comprar na pior empresa com serviço ao cliente no universo. Penso que compram produtos defeituosos por atacado a preço baixo para vender. Não é, #pcdiga?
