   Does it bug anyone else when people say they got sick "because of being in the cold"? Like, sure, some studies have shown that the cold might weaken your nose's ability to filter out stuff or whatever, but you still need a virus to get the cold, flu, covid, etc. It's not like immaculate conception of a virus.

     @Dana this is my grandma medical expertise right there ! You could even "catch death" walking barefoot in those days
