Wow. I found a company that has an "Other" title option, and then will literally refer to the customer as "Other ".

As you may be aware, you have one calendar month to comply with to this request. If you require more time to comply, for example to make required changes to your computer systems, you must inform me of this within one month explaining why, and how much additional time (up to a maximum of two months) correcting this error will take.
Please keep in mind that should changes to your computer systems be required to accommodate this request, per previous decisions by the Information Commissioner's Office, the cost of doing so is not a valid reason for not honoring a Right to Rectification request.

@vaurora I got a letter from a doctor once that identified my gender as "Adult", which I was not even mad about.

@vaurora TBH, i would gleefully select "ambiguous" as my sex given that option.
My business visa for India lists my sex as "Transgender", which would probably infuriate me if I wasn't nonbinary.
