     @Dicey Yes. I know a person who only drinks coca cola and I keep telling him it's going to catch up one day and he will piss a rock of pain.

     If he drinks sugar free coca cola aspartame does build up in the body and can cause cancer. The FDA was unwilling to green light it initially but I heard they were forced from the administration knowing how harmful it was.
