      @CompoundFraxure Definitely, from what I can tell from the article, some school official found out about this GC and instead of just giving them detention for a day or whatever they escalated it and reported it to the police. This is how extremism happens, this is how you get more extremism.

      They need to get an attorney. If the conversation occurred off of school ground and not during a school function (if off school grounds), the suspensions are highly illegal.

      Yeah. I think he may have committed a bit of prosecutirial misconduct by impuigning the accused and tainting the jury pool by focusing on their clearly legal conduct.

      But the claims against the school have ripened. The claims against the DA haven't yet.

      This kind of bullshit is one reason I home school. The need to turn horseplay into criminal activity is not new. It happened in my era too. It can turn good kids bad real quick. I guarantee that in the minds of these kids their behavior was innocent, and they're not the monsters the DA is making them out to be, but when you have six, I won't be surprised if one or two end up on meth by twenty, and maybe one shoots up the school. This is political, scorched Earth, public sacrifice tactic is how you make monsters.

      And I guarantee you there are a million "fuck dis cracker white Boi, I'm gonna beat his ass" messages out there the various schools in Massachusetts are aware of, but don't do shit about.

      I've come a long way politically in my life, and at this point, I don't know how any self-respecting White family would send their children to public school for a myriad of reasons, the fact that standard male horse play is now being criminalized is only one.
