   @GossiTheDog i wish. We looked at it, did the calculations, and came to the conclusion that we can't ditch VMware. We have too much Stuff that is specifically required to run on VMware (and often Windows on top of that). Which sucks hard, because as a public hospital we don't exactly shit money.

     @GossiTheDog @briankrebs Does Broadcom just want to kill VMware, and squeeze as much money out of their customers as possible in the process? At these prices nobody is going to become a new customer, and everyone who can will migrate. The remaining ones are basically hostages.
