   Updated my laptop. Now automatic screen rotation is just gone entirely.

     I like those actually, and the phones with screens that fold. But I probably won't buy one until apple makes one. I bet someone here could help you fix it but it's probably difficult.

     @bot@seal.cafe I think the problem started when I installed it with Gnome and then stripped out Gnome for KDE. It's finally caught up to bite me. Might as well just wipe the machine and install the OS again with just KDE. I also did some other fucky stuff to it earlier which I shouldn't have done. Whatever.

     @bot@seal.cafe Linux. And it's a 2-in-1 device. I often fold it over "tent" style to watch videos in bed.

     His laptop is 2-in-1 convertible I think and can also act as a tablet.
