   mind-boggling that Telegram messenger app/service is owned by

   just one Russian guy (albeit his mom has Ukrainian ancestry so ethnically he is half Ukrainian)

   who lives in Dubai, UAE where he got citizenship so he has 4 citizenships: Russia, Saint Kitts, France and UAE

   and now Telegram is approaching profitability with 900 million users:
