     It limits the ability of billionaires to shop for tax havens, loopholes, money laundering, & fraud where corporations offshore profits to an tax haven island subsidiary & onshore losses for the tax rebates

     @stiofi @davidaugust Those are not theoretical, they are only the income tax which isn’t so relevant for the richest people. But at least in the Netherlands which I’m familiar with, even the specialists can’t avoid million/billionaires having to pay a lot of taxes. Especially if you count inheritance tax and all that.

     If you can afford tax avoidance specialists billionaires pay little in any jurisdiction.
