   Based. 100/25 may seem like trash to us, but it really is a good minimum. There's not a whole lot you can't get done on that, it just might take a while.

   And a lot of people's wifi networks aren't even exceeding that anyway, no matter how fast the backhaul is.

     @r000t UK government thinks 10Mb (downlink) broadband is 'adequate'. No uplink recommendation but this is why we couldn't scrap the TV tax last year.
