     @phanuel I think he's referring to Elon Musk (SpaceX) and Jeff Bezos (Amazon). They both have lawsuits against the National Labor Relations Board: https://truthout.org/articles/in-direct-attack-on-labor-movement-amazon-claims-nlrb-is-unconstitutional/
