They don't want to ban #TikTok. It's all a pretext. They want some American #RightWing millionaire to buy it, backed perhaps by some rich Middle East interests, like the #Xitter. Can you imagine what they would do with it?

@iuculano It's pretty hypocritical hearing American people including senators say they don't want the Chinese government to have the power to demand people's data histories and information.
The US Stored Communications Act (for in USA) and the CLOUD Act (for overseas) give the US government power to request and access personal data held by any any US based or owned company. The average American is more at risk from their own government than from the Chinese government!
