     How many •developers• who don’t work for an AI vendor are pushing AI like this? My TL is full of developers rolling their eyes at these wild claims of imminent Mr Data. Those who make a case for its utilizing software dev are talking about assistive exploration, not replacement.

     AFAICT, it’s execs and investors who’ve gone off the deep end for AI.
