Tᴀᴋᴀɴᴀsʜɪ Hᴏʀᴏ (petercxy@comfy.social)'s status on Friday, 08-Mar-2024 21:49:38 JST Tᴀᴋᴀɴᴀsʜɪ Hᴏʀᴏ I actually still believe that for most normal people, having your data in the hands of a supposed "enemy state" is actually somewhat safer than having your data in the hands of a local powerful organization (like a big corporation or government); these organizations can do immediate and real harm to your daily life, but a supposed enemy state is unlikely to be able to or even care to do any of it.
