     @katka trick question: it used to (str gain is not regen) but they gutted armlet a while back and made the hp gain into a specially coded thing that's not instant because it was too good at enabling dive carries
     if you didn't tell me what doom does nowadays, I wouldnt have known tho

     @mer ok but if you get doomed (bear in mind doom prevents hp regen these days) does armlet toggling increase your current hp
