     @cell Reminds me that I barely ever check recipes, more like ingredient lists and maybe cooking techniques.
     I think the only stuff where I'd reach for replacements/substitutes is for traditional recipes, but for me tradition lives through remixes so it doesn't needs to be the same at all.
