   @john theres a pretty mishmashed understanding of capitalism when people are talking about it. its not a very helpful state of affairs. a lot of people are "capitalism is when anyone makes money," then you get the "capitalism is when oligarchs live on dividends and buy more companies to live on more dividents," and then you get "capitalism is when free market."

     Who exactly is "imprisoned by the Capitalist system"?

     The US is not a particularly Capitalist country. There's nothing even remotely capitalist in any meaningful sense about the state including its criminal system.

     Don't just say "Capitalist" when you mean "I don't like". So annoying.
