   @fluffykittycat @apophis @rq new? no. just remake eudora. or mutt, but give it a proper GUI somehow.
   
   the email power users of old used that stuff because it let them come up with cool workflows to manage tons of letters. stuff like thunderbird is kind of only good for very casual use. but mutt is old as hell, and requires increasing hacks for stuff like reading html messages :comfywoozy:

     @apophis @rq this suggests that a new mail client UI would be very beneficial, and while you're at it making email encryption work is a good idea.
