All salutes are fascist by definition. Using it as an adjective in front of the word "salute" is redundant.

  Luckily in some countries showing a fascist salute and singing songs hailing the Duce is still a crime worth spending a couple of nights in a jail.
  
  I've witnessed many such episodes in Italy, and in no occasion the police intervened.
