     UPDATE: This questioned Fifth Circuit immigration order came from Judges Clement and Engelhardt. Judge Ramirez would not have granted the administrative stay. https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.ca5.218049/gov.uscourts.ca5.218049.43.2.pdf

     NEW: DOJ has gone to SCOTUS over the 5th Circuit's "administrative stay" in the Texas SB4 immigration case that would allow the law to be enforced starting March 10. DOJ wants the district ct injunction against SB4 to remain in effect, blocking the law. https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/24455809-23a814
