tayledrasToday’s SCOTUS decision is their announcement that any law with the least bit of discretionary language will be decided in favor of the Republican Party, regardless of topic. The one third of the government we’ve looked to for bipartisan oversight of the other two thirds is no longer going to fulfill that function.
