Like purely worst case where there's *no* compression, only color indexing: A FullHD screenshot would end up at 1920×1080×8 = 16588800 ≈ 16.5 MiB.
Mainstream websites are worst than even that.-

Image compression improves over time. There will come a day, if it hasn't already, when - even with an ad blocker - it is actually more bandwidth-efficient to share a screenshot than a link due to the sheer volume of meaningless container divs.
