     Yes, exactly.

     And the way the aid-weapons plan works is interesting:

     The caveats to US aid to Israel are that it must be spent on military material, and it must be spent in the US.

     That means the public money of Americans end up in Raytheon, Lockheed, et al. pockets.

     It's a US govt racket to give US public money to plutocrats.
