     The Court's ruling in the Alabama gerrymandering case last year is instructive: The Court struck down obviously-illegal maps.

     BUT FIRST it issued an injunction keeping them in place for the 2022 mid-terms, handing Republicans control of Congress using illegal maps.

     Process matters.

     I am begging some of the people who are surprised by what the Supreme Court did today to start listening to some of the people who aren't
