     @woxin_chang_dan1904_ 1年前は中を名乗れましたがユーザー数が多いサーバーが増えすぎちゃったので今は小かもしれません。

     Yes. This is how the administrators and moderators can be seen in the list. They can also suspend selected users from here.
     Anyone can see the number of users from https://msk.ilnk.info/about.
     All server updates are handled by @atsu1125, who hosts msk.ilnk.info.
