  @RosePuckey absolutely, I’m on week 2 of trying to apply for PIP a second time having given up the first time, and so far they haven’t even sent us the forms

  @BethanyBlack Today I started helping a friend fill in a PIP application form. 40 pages of unintuitive claptrap. He had to give up with the online version and order a paper one. This is an intelligent person, an ex programmer who ended up in security. Between us we're struggling with the form. With any sort of learning disabilities I doubt it would get past the second page.
  We're not meant to be able to complete them.
