   Not proken. Full text search is off until after the upgrade process is done as it will make the upgrades much quicker.

   We could probably risk it and do the upgrade in line but i want to fix some unseen infrastucture stuff first so that if the upgrade goes wrong there will be very little down time to roll back and very little risk.

   Namely we need to 1) pull our one DB server out into individual servers for each server. This will make backup and restore more granular. 2) I want to create a totally separate replicated staging/beta environment to more safely pre-test.
