all your data can and will be copied to other server/instances (because you are interacting with others, or others are trying to see your posts, or for other myriad of reasons)
don't assume your posts to be private or deletable. they can also show up on Google because of other instances.
while deleting stuff can work, it's not a guarantee your stuff is gone.
malicious instances could see whether you blocked one of their users, or ignore your request to delete your posts off their server*.
stay safe out there.
* not every instance imaginable is going to be told to delete the post (it's impossible), so every instance which does have your post is not automatically malicious
