   @jeff @potch had some ideas for making simpler, more static AP services. I think it's a good idea.

     @evan I think this has an alternate wording: "An ActivityPub server should be runnable by an individual for themself and their friends and family."

     The bar for hosting is too high for most people. The code needs to be simplified, rather than the individuals sent to admin school.
