   I've been told by Frenchmen there are even laws in France that make it an offense to keep and distribute professional blacklists.

     oh just saw a mention of blocklists, and realized that here I don't have to worry about pissing off people like Randi Harper who have popular blocklists that cast a far wider net than they like to claim, with queer people "coincidentally" being the bulk of what any rational person would call false positives.
