Kevin Beaumont (gossithedog@cyberplace.social)'s status on Monday, 26-Feb-2024 17:46:15 JST Kevin Beaumont Interesting thing about LockBit reappearance - they’re specifically targeted in sanctions in the US, but they’re still extorting US organisations.
Interesting to see if orgs just blatantly violate sanctions still. Also, we know now for sure that LockBit don’t delete data after payment - so good luck telling your data regulators no data was stolen.
