@Tutanota @joacim No. Apologizing in threads is almost the least you can do. The thing you should do is take responsibility for the mistake: remove the tweet and publish a new post about the incident. It would tell the world that even a security focused organization like Tuta can be tricked.
@karlemilnikka @joacim That's your opinion and it's totally justified. But we couldn't keep the tweet up when we noticed it was wrong so all we can do is apologize for it.
