One hope I have for the web #accessibility industry: we can all agree that the title of a modal dialog should be marked up as a level 1 heading, and stop arguing for anything else. Not because it is an issue of earth-shattering importance, but because the reasons against it are bullshit. When you spend cycles arguing over bullshit instead of against it, it's your users' time you're wasting.
