One role instances play on the fediverse is privacy unions. Unlike fetching someone's website which reveals your IP address and any cookies they previously saved in your browser to their server, viewing their profile or posts *through your instance* lets you do so as "undisclosed member of this instance".

If the person is an admin and knows what they are doing I think they could maybe look at requests via activity pub to see what servers and what users on those servers are viewing their posts, but I doubt anyone is regularly doing it?
