If Assange’s extradition goes ahead, it means the US has jurisdiction over the entire planet, that it’s laws apply everywhere. Just imagine someone based in the UK exposed Russian or Chinese war crimes. Just imagine how absurd it would be if our government extradited that person to the country that wanted to lock them up and throw away the key. It’s no less absurd to extradite Assange to the US.
