     @sarayalth@fedi.owo.justdied.com then its really easy. go to settings > mrf, add RejectNewlyCreatedAccountNotesPolicy to the policies field. save, switch to something else in adminfe and switch back to the mrf settings. now you should see a section "MRF Reject New Accounts" there with an age parameter where you can set the minimum age an account must have to get their messages accepted. i recommend setting it to multiple days or so
