   enshittification just sent me on a 3 hr circlejerk that ended up right where I started and the process of trying to verify myself to get a new sim card or an e-sim...requires the aforementioned malfunctioning sim card...which is impossible...

   So I annihilated a laptop and some drywall.

   i want off this shitty ride of ai chatbots, laid off humans, & circular reasoning (read: broken) tech.

     @jaystephens I am left diminished every time, dehumanized by the instruction that I am not worthy of customer service, support, or attention of any kind from an actual human, nor should any fellow human be paid to provide such.

     It's both awful and dehumanising.
     One can't refuse completely to participate, but every interaction with the shitshow leaves me feeling angry and complicit.
