@wohali I was thinking recently about performers that don't take losses well.

Judi's increasing actual dismay over the season, to the point where Alex et al. practically rigged the final task from episode 9? to give Judi an episode win and she mucked it up, and Alex's (not an act) frustration with that, reflects what a massive delicate balancing act they perform to keep the game, the entertainment, and the performers' egos all working okay.
