      “冤罪”を生んだ警視庁公安部の捜査を検証して反響を呼んだＮスペ（昨年９月）の第二弾。４年前、軍事転用可能な機器を不正輸出したとして大川原化工機の社長ら３人が逮捕された事件。東京地裁は昨年末、捜査は違法だったと認め国と都に賠償を命じる判決を出した（国と都は控訴）。私たちは今回さらに新たな内部資料を入手。経産省はなぜ警察の捜査方針を追認したのか。そして検察はなぜ起訴に踏み切ったのか。残された闇に迫る。
