   😯 The so-called "Freedom" Convoy is planning a return visit to #Ottawa this Family Day weekend, Feb 16-19

   "It's all gonna be fun and playful, and there'll be speeches and music. We don't expect anything too crazy, to be honest..just a really celebratory energy in the crowd." said one of the organizers.

   Ottawa police say they have 'robust plan' to deal with the planned weekend gathering.
