🧠 lol that's a problem for future me! -

sourcecode jerk (pho4cexa@tiny.tilde.website)'s status on Saturday, 17-Feb-2024 07:41:49 JST sourcecode jerk heck yeah building a little portfolio using bog standard wordpress and its default twenty twenty-four theme is turning out exactly as i wanted it: boring as shit. damn this dude looks like the normalest firstname lastname linkedin bro in the talent pool, definitely employable, somehow i can tell he was wearing an ironed shirt and a tie while making this web site, hire immediately

sourcecode jerk (pho4cexa@tiny.tilde.website)'s status on Saturday, 17-Feb-2024 07:41:50 JST sourcecode jerk i think i've got a set of about six for-work projects that i'm satisfied enough with to write up and diagram for a hypothetical portfolio
wondering what the site design should be like. something that makes hiring managers feel comfortable, let their guard down. that's right, no black background and anti-google ranting here. just a nice professional developer who probably posts deep thoughts about agile productivity on linkedin
and then i go for the throat
wait let me revise that

when i split this pseudonym off from my government-named worksona, i elected to let him author all my tech blather. because ostensibly i want prospective employers to see that i have employable skills
but i don't like not being able to link there from here. and i don't like having to use my linkedin voice there
i think i want to delete and subsume his whole tech blog, and just let him publish a small curated portfolio of code samples for the rare prospective employer that wants to see it
