   After Apple announced its support for the transcript tag and the WebVTT format, I learned that the WebVTT spec also supports chapter and metadata payloads. I took a stab at writing a JSON chapter to WebVTT converter.

     I spent my day writing a converter to adapt podcast chapters JSON to WebVTT. Who is the audience for this tool? I haven’t a clue, but here it is: https://nathangathright.github.io/vttchapters
