how is it unethical to volunteer for stem cell therapires but its not unethical to triple the price of insulin for no reason

@olmitch the ethics boards won't let you do anything that might work, because its "unethical" to allow people to voluntarily choose experimental treatments instead of getting irradiated.
so nobody is allowed to try cancer treatments on someone until their bodies have been ruined by chemo already.

@olmitch there was a guy who cured deafness with stem packages, and people who cured diabetes with them, and the boards always put up roadblocks about how they're not allowed to do anything.
meanwhile pfizer gets sued and loses for largest bribery network in the history of the country and not so much as a sanction
