   U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson wants an in-person, one-on-one meeting with U.S. President Joe Biden before he takes any action on the foreign aid bill, which contains $60 billion in aid for Ukraine, NBC reported on Feb. 14, citing a source close to Johnson.

     @Free_Press MAGA Mike blinked. He badly needs a win. Or something that has the appearance of a win.

     Chances are, whatever they negotiate (to allow the aid package to move forward) will get a different spin treatment from each party, with both sides claiming victory.
