   Whether you want to move policy left or right, people who want to move policy shouldn't work with people who don't care if it moves as long as they're shouting for the right thing.

     The intent is to divide between those who are mission oriented (get this policy enacted) as opposed to message oriented (get this proclamation out).

     They are fundamentally different pursuits.
