   @siliconshecky if only EMR records were on a distributed immutable database so a hospital system can only be disrupted but not completely taken offline because they can always switch to a remote copy of the database to use as the source of truth...

     Wife: The MyChart software is down, they need to do things by e-mail/Fax/Phone for the time being

     Wife: ?
     Me: They are connected to Luries Children Hospital, which is having what I and most of the people I know in my field believe is a Ransomware attack.
