  @patrickcmiller Our corporate Internet service from AT&T requires us to have a POTS line attached to the router so AT&T techs can service it if the Internet line goes down.
  Doesn't stop AT&T salespeople from telling us we need to get rid of our POTS service, though.
  It's a more complicated issue than most people -- including AT&T execs - realize.
