What is the requirement for "interoperability" according to the EU?

  @raphael yeah but *who* are they being forced to interoperate with? Just other companies with substantial market share? And then anyone open source can connect if you agree to their crypto?

  @feld The requirement is for companies that have a substantial market share. So, WhatsApp and Apple Facetime will have to find a way to interoperate. Likely, RCS.
