@w7voa This is a mistranslation of a term that's in common use in some Slavic languages (in Polish it's "anglosaski"), which literally translates into "Anglo-Saxon", but really means "English-speaking".
Some may find the term “Anglo-Saxon media” confounding as that particular ethnic group lost power in Britain nearly 400 years before the invention of the printing press.
@w7voa There's also the term "anglojęzyczny", which literally means "English-language", but it means anything that's done in English, e.g. the English-language news channel of the Polish state TV. "Anglosaski" implies cultural context.
