EU pledges 1mil shells for #Ukraine :
The EU's top diplomat Josep Borrell promised that to give Ukraine more than a million artillery shells by the end of the year.
For context, last year Ukraine was firing 7,000 shells a day, which are now restricted to between 1,500 and 2,500 per day.
